Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind about your new favourite fall colour? Here's the low-down on our Indiegogo exchange policy:

We will happily accommodate size & colour exchange requests on any Indiegogo orders within 30 days of the date that you received your order. Please follow the steps on the return form in your package (or at the bottom of the page) to start your exchange.

At this time we do not offer exchanges between different styles. Exchanges for different styles will be processed as store credit, and the store credit will need to be applied to a new order.

Didn't fall in love with the piece you ordered? We want you to feel comfortable in whatever you wear, so we're offering returns for store credit on all Indiegogo orders! Store credit never expires and can be used to purchase any available products on our online shop or in-store (swimwear, other clothing, household items, etc).

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless there has been an error on our part. We do not offer prepaid return shipping but will cover the cost of sending any exchanged items to you. 


1. Fill out the exchange form included in your package, noting your order number and the new size / colour item you'd like.

2. Pack up your order and mail to our store: 330 W Cordova, Vancouver BC, V6B 1E8.

3. When choosing a shipping method, please consider purchasing a tracked & insured method as Nettle's Tale is not responsible for delayed / lost packages. 

4. Once received, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days and you will be notified via email as soon as the new item is sent out.
